EARLY YEARS
Falling In Love With Art
Sonia's journey with art began in childhood, when she fell deeply in love with drawing and painting. Raised in London, United Kingdom, she distinguished herself by entering and winning numerous art competitions, strengthening her bond with creative expression.
Volunteer Work
At the age of fourteen, Sonia volunteered at Tate Britain, where she spent the next three years contributing to organising exhibitions and engaging art activities for young people.
Opportunity Of A Lifetime
Concurrently, Sonia was a member of her school’s art club. She was selected alongside other three peers from different schools to represent in the United States, where she participated in inspiring summer art program at Brown University in Rhode Island and visited multiple art gallery projects for the youth in Boston and Chicago.
This extraordinary opportunity immersed her in American culture and significantly enriched her artistic perspective.
Attending College
Upon completing secondary school, Sonia pursued Visual Arts & Design at The BRIT School, where she earned recognition by winning an art competition for her video installation and painting.
University
Thereafter, Sonia went on to graduate from University of the Arts London, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Design.
Today, Sonia resides in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, her work explores the intersection where reality meets imagination, expressed through the style of abstract realism.
In her mixed-media oil paintings, she examines the shared emotional connection between humans and animals.
Looking ahead, she envisions impactful collaborations with art galleries, her paintings gracing homes around the world and elevating her brand to a truly global presence.
When not painting, Sonia enjoys spending
quality time with her husband and children, balancing her artistic pursuits
with the joys of family life.
